Kara-Bermet Invest

Kara-Bermet Invest company is a team of highly professional like-minded people who since 2010 have been consistently investing in research and development of energy-efficient carbon-free technologies for the production of various types of microspheres - lightweight aggregates for the "Green Building" industry:

  • Cenospheres produced from processing of renewable mineral resources of the electric power industry
  • Ceramic spheres from a composition of available natural raw materials and environmentally friendly volcanic glass

By now Kara-Bermet Invest has studied and improved the existing technical solutions for the preparation of raw material compositions for the production of microspheres, developed its own technology for natural volcanic glass based feed production and improved the technological process of its spherolization.

Granulite

High-tech cenospheres

Cenospheres are fine free-flowing powder consisting of homogeneous high-strength hollow spherical alumosilicate particles. Careful selection and multi-stage processing of the initial mineral raw materials are always required to produce stable quality cenospheres.

Our patented technology allows getting a product with excellent insulating properties - "Granulite™" alumosilicate hollow microspheres with high Al2O3 content and low impurity content, high heat resistance point and excellent strength-to-density ratio.

"Granulite™" cenospheres are used as a component of lightweight and energy efficient building materials, as a high strength microspherical lightening additive with high insulating properties, zero under pressure water absorption and low thermal conductivity.

Kazcenosphere’s LLP

Kazcenosphere’s LLP (Pavlodar, Kazakhstan) is one of our current projects implemented in cooperation with Kusto Group (Kazakhstan).

Kazcenosphere’s LLP is a full-cycle operation from raw materials procurement and processing to the production of a wide range of microspherical aggregates. The operation is located in Pavlodar, Kazakhstan, equipped with modern production and research laboratories.

Ceramospheres from

GRANSPHERE™ is a fully engineered product, a new step in the development of light energy-efficient microspherical aggregates from environmentally friendly and affordable mineral raw materials.

Ceramic hollow microspheres with a completely closed surface, inert, strong and with high insulating properties.

The combination of properties allows the use of ceramic spheres in a wide variety of materials and industries to save resources, reduce weight, as an excellent insulating component in modern energy-efficient materials resistant to high pressures and temperature fluctuations.

Adjustable density and size

GRANSPHERE ™ ceramospheres are a great alternative to cenospheres. Automated and controlled production process allows adjusting the main parameters of microspheres - density and size.

CENOSPHERES TO GRANSPHERE CERAMOSPHERES TRANSITION

Kara-Bermet Invest has been systematically performing a large-scale transition from cenospheres being a renewable resource to “Gransphere™” ceramospheres - a fully engineered product.

Based on proven experience “Gransphere™” ceramospheres have been introduced into industrial use as a lightening additive for oil-well mixtures and an energy-efficient insulating component in “Green building” construction materials.
